This weeks Top Ten Tuesday is for our most anticipated 2011 releases, which is going to be stupidly hard, but here goes : ) Also, this my first week doing a Top Ten post. i thought it would be fun :D
1. Angelfire by Courtney Allison Moulton. Ever since I saw the picture of Will on her blog, I knew I had to have it. I like fictional people called Will a lot (Clockwork Angel, Firelight.) Also, Ellie kicks butt, which automatically makes this book awesome.
2. Across The Universe by Beth Revis. Umm, it's a sci-fi novel. For teens. I'm there. I mean, c'mon, there's a map of a spaceship in the front, and it has a reversible cover. I would buy this just for the awesome cover reversibleness.
3.Bad Taste in Boys by Carrie Harris. This book just sounds so awesome. It sucks that it's out in July or around that time, but it's about zombies and science and high school. Sounds like a fun book. :D
4. The Near Witch by Victoria Schwab. I really love fairytale type things, and Victoria is really nice, and it sounds so cool, and kind of creepy, and me likes creepy things :D
5.Blood Magic by Tessa Gratton. Black magic. In a graveyard. Maggie Stievfater's crit partner. It's a must have!
6.Supernaturally by Kiersten White. Paranormalcy was definitely one of my favourite reads for the year, and the wait for this book is going to kill me! And I know the cover is going to be amazing, when evil Kiersten will show us...
7.City of Fallen Angels. Do I even need to explain this one. And ZOMG the cover reveal is today! *squee*
8.Wildefire by Karsten Knight. Dude, it's about Polynesian volcano Goddesses. 'nuf said.
9.Possess by Gretchen McNeil. This book is about exorcisms, and Demons, and I haven't really read that many books about teens and exorcisms. Also, I hear there is a creepy doll shop scene. Why is it out at tthe end of next year! *weeps*
10.Wither by Lauren DeStefano. i noticed that there was a distinct lack of dystopian on this list, and this book sounds really cool, also Lauren is really nice, and the cover is made of prettiness.
